  • 2 whole chicken
  • 2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
    Seasonings
  • 3 tlbs salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tlbs poultry seasoning

    Steps for Completion
  1. Cut the chickens in half or buy pre-split chickens.
  2. Put all the ingredients and seasonings (except the chicken) into the food processor and blend until emulsified.
  3. Place the chicken halves in a large zip-top plastic bag and pour in 1/2 cup of the sauce. Shake until completely coated. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and wipe off excess sauce from the surface. Discard the marinade.
  5. Grill over charcoal, turning often and liberally basting with the remaining sauce every 10 minutes, for about 1 hour, or until cooked through.
